Followed by the entrance to the beach reef in Punta uva, following the main street 800 meters in the direction of old port to Manzanillo, in front of the sign of "the refuge" stone street follows for about 200 meters until you reach the seashore, then right 400 meters to the river.

This tour is self-guided, it is recommended to book 2 hours in advance, the river has a unique route and is very quiet so you will not need a guide, however we will give you a small class before so you discover the fascinating wildlife that thrives in this pristine environment, At the end you will try many very rich local fruits to conclude the activity. With a little luck, you can watch howler monkeys, sloths, vibrating limpets, turtles, iguanas, basilisks and a variety of birds. Keep your binoculars ready!
