As it is the private door to door service, you will be picked up privately from Airport to your accommodation. Once you arrive at the airport you need find the tourist meeting point or 'pre-booked transfer' kiosk left side of the arrival gate. There is only 1 arrival gate. Once you meet your driver, you need to confirm and check your name by the booking voucher. Our driver will drop you off at your accommodation. If you can not find our driver you need to call us at any time. If you are not coming out within 90 minutes without any contact, then we will process as it's no-show.
