This activity is recommended for people of all ages from the age of 14 where they will experience sliding in the waves of Playa de Las Americas where you will live an unforgettable experience.
The activity is 2 hours and includes all the necessary equipment such as surfboard, neoprene, escarpments and lycra where you will start with a theory of 20 minutes where we will explain the basics of surfing , techniques to be able to enjoy with our first waves. The beach where we will surf in volcanic rock where the waves are perfect for beginners and advanced. - النظرية الأساسية (١٥-٢٠ دقيقة)
قبل الدخول إلى الماء، سنشرح لك أهم جوانب ركوب الأمواج على الأرض، حتى تتمكن من بدء الدرس بالمعلومات اللازمة ومعرفة ما هو متوقع أثناء الجلسة في الماء.
الوضعيات على لوح التزلج:
بدأنا بتعليم الوضعيات الأساسية على لوح التزلج. سنشرح لك الوضعية الصحيحة وكيفية وضع نفسك على اللوح اعتمادًا على جانبك المهيمن (يمين أو يسار)، حيث سيؤثر هذا على الاتجاه الذي ستتحرك فيه على الأمواج. سنمارس هذه الوضعيات على الأرض حتى تشعر بالراحة قبل مواجهة البحر.
التجديف: سنوضح لك كيفية الحفاظ على الجسم في وضع مناسب لتجنب التعب السريع والحصول على أفضل دفعة.
ستتعلم تقنية القفز، وهي النهوض بسرعة وتحكم بمجرد أن تكون على الموجة.
