You will live an authentic Neapolitan pizza experience directly in your holiday home.
I will be the one to join you: whether you are in an Apartment, Villa or Farmhouse, we will turn your kitchen into a real pizzeria for a day.
We will start from the basics, preparing the dough together from scratch, just like I do every day in the pizzeria. You will discover the essential ingredients, the correct techniques and the little secrets that really make a difference.
We will then move on to the preparation of the pizza: you will roll out your dough, choose the ingredients and learn to season it in the right way.
