Palomino Islands Sea Lion Experience Your adventure begins with hotel pickup in Lima at 10:00 a.m., followed by a transfer to the Callao district. At 11:30 a.m., you will board your boat and set sail across the waters of the Callao Bay, where you’ll observe an impressive mix of yachts, naval vessels, and commercial ships. As you cruise along the Pacific, you’ll pass through the Camotal area and navigate around notable islands such as San Lorenzo and El Frontón. Along the way, enjoy views of local fishing activity and spot diverse marine wildlife, including seabird colonies and one of the largest populations of Humboldt penguins, particularly around the Cavinzas Islands.

By midday, you’ll reach the highlight of the tour: the Palomino Islands. This protected habitat is home to a large colony of sea lions. Here, you’ll have the unique opportunity to swim alongside them in their natural environment, an unforgettable and safe experience due to the absence of natural predators. At approximately 1:30 p.m., the return journey begins, offering scenic views of rocky cliffs and small islets. A light snack will be served onboard before arriving back at the dock. Around 3:00 p.m., you will be transferred back to your hotel.
