Over five stops through cobblestone streets lined with 400 year old architecture, you'll eat your way through centuries of Québécois food culture, from rustic comfort food to refined local ingredients.
You'll start with earthy Lion's Mane mushrooms and duck breast carpaccio, then warm up with the holy trio of traditional Québécois cooking: silky pea soup, savory pâté chinois, and fresh maple taffy. A 200-year-old home serves handmade gnocchi bathed in cheddar, cream, shallot, and white wine with a black garlic crumble. A sweet stop brings you sucre à la crème and what many locals call the best...
