Arrival procedure for domestic flight: Arrival→Baggage Claim area→Meet tour guide→Tour guide will arrange shuttle bus service. 3. Due to limited hotel availability, For JFK/LGA pick-up, guests will stay at The Heldrich Hotel & Conference Center, Holiday Inn South Plainfield-Piscataway, Holiday Inn Newark International Airport, or a hotel of similar standard on the following dates: June 5–7, 2026, July 4–5, 2026, July 18–19, 2026, and August 26–September 13, 2026.
