Live an incredible experience in the forests of the magical town Tepotzotlán!
You'll visit the forest where you'll walk and enjoy the landscape, the trees, the animals, the sounds and you'll know and collect edible mushrooms. It´s a fantastic world! There are of many colors, sizes and flavors... A local expert accompanies us to identify toxic and hallucinogenic mushrooms to take pictures. (We don't collect these kind of mushrooms). Later we visit a local family, where we learn to cook our mushrooms in a traditional way. Before come back, We'll enjoy a delicious dish!
سنزور غابات هذه المدينة الساحرة، حيث سنتجول ونستمتع بالمناظر الطبيعية والأشجار والحيوانات والأصوات، وسنتعرف على الفطر الصالح للأكل ونجمعه.
إنه عالم رائع، فهناك العديد من الألوان والأحجام والنكهات...
سيرافقنا عالم أحياء لتحديد الفطر السام والمهلوس لالتقاط الصور. (نحن لا نجمع هذا النوع من الفطر).
سنتجول في وسط المدينة للحصول على مكونات أخرى مثل زهرة الكوسة، والفطر البري وسنتعرف على النساء اللواتي يجمعن الفطر في كل صباح في الغابات وهن خبيرات في اختيار أفضل أنواع الفطر.
في فترة ما بعد الظهر، سنزور عائلة محلية، حيث سنتعلم كيفية طهي الفطر بالطريقة التقليدية.
قبل العودة، سنستمتع بطبق لذيذ!
