Most cocktail experiences teach you how to make their drinks. This one is designed for you to create your own. Please contact us directly for booking more than 2 people, as most likely we will have availablity for you.
Rather than following recipes, you’ll explore a fully equipped drink laboratory with hundreds of ingredients and specialized tools rarely available outside professional or experimental settings. It’s a space built for curiosity, where you can test bold ideas, unexpected flavor combinations, and techniques you wouldn’t typically try at home.

Full Access to Specialty Bar Tools and Lab Equipment
Please contact us for any attendees under age 21. Access to a selection of spirits for guests 21+. Alcohol is optional—guests are equally encouraged to explore sophisticated zero-proof creations.
Still and sparkling water provided to use with experimentation, infusions, cleanse the palate, and stay refreshed between tastings.
A rotating selection of premium mixers, house syrups, teas, juices, and zero-proof spirits—part of a fully stocked lab with hundreds of ingredients to support endless experimentation.
A curated assortment of light snacks selected to complement your creations and keep you energized throughout the experience.

As you enter the building from Melrose Ave, Greenfire Loft is located above the new breakfast sandwich eatery: Eggslut. You will see a sign at the base of the stairs. I'll greet you at the top of the stairs and guide you to the optional lab coats of all different sizes.
