With some insight given by your guide, you will walk some of the less populated areas around the village foraging for ingredients that you think might be useful in Cambodian cooking. Once you've got a collection, you will visit a local Cambodian chef who will explain what each item is used for.

Taking a break from just eating, at this stop you will be shown by a long-term expat of the village how to make your own authentic Chinese dumplings. Once you've created your masterpiece, sit back and relax while they are cooked to perfection and dig in!
