Start your day picking fresh lemons directly from the trees. Learn about the entire limoncello production process, from cleaning and peeling to maceration. Let yourself be guided step by step by experts who will reveal the secrets and tricks to prepare the best possible limoncello.
After learning all the techniques, enjoy a barbecue with skewers, sausages, stigghiola and much more. Taste traditional appetizers such as caponata, Sicilian bruschetta, sfincione and reinforced salad. Finish with a plate of traditional Sicilian spaghetti.
