Old Quarter
We provide hotel pick-up service for guests staying inside the Old Quarter area or near the Hanoi Opera House. For accommodations outside these areas, pick-up will be arranged at the Hanoi Opera House. Pick-up time is scheduled between 8:30 AM and 9:00 AM.
The transfer to Halong Cruise Port takes approximately 2.5 hours

Please arrive at Halong International Cruise Terminal by 11:30 AM at the latest to check in and board the cruise.

Ambassador’s Lounge, 1st Floor, Terminal – Halong International Cruise Port, Bai Chay Ward, Halong City.

Halong Bay
Passengers are warmly welcomed aboard Ambassador Cruise with a short briefing at the restaurant before savoring a buffet lunch while admiring the stunning limestone islets of Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Natural Wonder. The first excursion takes you to Luon Cave for kayaking or a bamboo boat ride (kayaking is an extra cost), followed by a visit to Titov Island for swimming or hiking. At sunset, the cruise anchors overnight, where guests can join a cooking class or enjoy Happy Hour. Later, live music by the Midnight Buzz Band (except Monday) entertains guests at the Piano Lounge at 8:30 PM, before spending a peaceful night on board.
