Many tea experiences in Japan focus only on matcha and formal tea ceremony. This workshop explores a different side of Japanese tea culture—how tea is actually brewed and enjoyed in everyday life.
• Discover several styles of Japanese tea, not just matcha
• Brew tea like a master using tried-and-tested traditional techniques, a Japanese iron kettle, and locally sourced organic whole tea leaves
• Learn practical brewing skills you can easily recreate at home
• Compare how the same tea changes between the first and second infusion
• Experience a unique cultural twist: tea paired with Shochu, inspired by casual izakaya drinking culture
