After an exciting ride, our first stop brings you to a cozy local eatery in District 3, where you’ll enjoy a bowl of Bún Bò Huế — a bold and aromatic beef noodle soup that stands apart from the more familiar Phở found across Vietnam. This central Vietnamese specialty features a fragrant broth simmered with lemongrass, beef bones, pineapple, and shrimp paste, giving it a rich, slightly spicy depth. Next, we’ll head to the lively Nguyễn Thiện Thuật neighborhood, a vibrant local area that captures the true spirit of Saigon street life. Here, you’ll savor Bánh Khọt — mini crispy pancakes made from rice flour, egg, coconut milk, and turmeric, filled with shrimp, pork, bean sprouts, and mung beans. Each bite bursts with flavor, especially when wrapped in fresh greens and dipped into a rich, tangy fish sauce. Served with mustard greens, lettuce, Thai basil, purple mint, ambarella leaves, and more — it’s a perfect harmony of textures and tastes. We’ll take a short stroll to the largest and most vibrant flower market in Saigon, where colors and fragrances fill the air. Here, you’ll get to taste fresh Vietnamese Spring Rolls — delicate rice paper wraps filled with shrimp, pork, and crisp greens, served with a rich, creamy peanut dipping sauce. And don’t miss out on the grilled oysters with black pepper sauce — smoky, flavorful, and the perfect balance of spice and freshness. We’ll wander through the most vibrant and colorful food market in Ho Chi Minh City, where the sights, sounds, and aromas burst with local energy. Here, you’ll get to taste banana or coconut crackers — one of Saigon’s most beloved snacks, made from whipped egg whites, sugar, and sesame seeds, with a hint of ginger or banana for extra flavor. To cool down, enjoy a refreshing glass of sugarcane juice with kumquat — the city’s favorite drink, perfectly sweet, slightly tangy, and irresistibly refreshing.
