Then head to the medieval city of Gruyère: ramparts, cobbled streets and breathtaking views of the Moléson.
The Château de Gruyères is autonomous thanks to the included audio guide. At the end of the day, head to Maison Cailler in Broc for an immersion in the history of Swiss chocolate and a well-deserved tasting.
