This isn't a polished agritourism stop — it's a real working farm where guests are shown around by the farmer himself, not a hired guide. The wines poured at the end aren't a curated selection bought in: they're made on-site, biodynamically, without chemical correction and with barely any sulphites, so each bottle reflects the season it came from rather than a house style. The animals aren't a petting-zoo add-on either. It's a place shaped by careful, hands-on farming rather than showcase agriculture.
