We will relive the recent history of the volcano by visiting the remains of the 2002 eruption, one of the most explosive in recent decades, which profoundly changed the face of this side.

A unique experience in the volcanic subsoil. We will provide you with helmet and flashlight to enter a lava flow tunnel, where you will discover how the force of fire carved the rock from the inside.

3. Hiking in the Sartorius Mountains (UNESCO)
Panoramic walk of about 1 hour among the ancient "bottoniere" (lined craters) of the 1865 eruption. The Sartorius Mountains offer a breathtaking view ranging from the peaks of the volcano to the sea of Taormina and Calabria.
