Start from Locorotondo, the round “balcony” overlooking the Itria Valley, where lime-whitewashed lanes and flower-filled corners immediately set the atmosphere.
You’ll ride by e-bike through the historic center, then head into the countryside along quiet roads bordered by vineyards and dry-stone walls. Soon, you’ll reach the Apulian Aqueduct cycleway, a scenic route following one of the most important engineering works in southern Italy.
