During our gastronomic tours in Genoa, you can taste some of the iconic dishes of this magnificent city. Our street food tour will take you instead to the discovery of the most famous street food in the city, from the famous focaccia to the delicious fried fish cone. You will star the tour with one of the most famous dishes of Genoa, Pasta with pesto: classic basil Pesto sauce was born in Genoa. You will have the chance to taste the authentic recipe made of local fresh basil and pine nuts!

You can't visit Genoa without tasting typical Savoury pies: there are thousands of pies in the world, but come taste our best ones into an old Sciamadda (a typical "takeaway" from the beginning of 20thCentury). You will try also the unforgettable Focaccia with cheese: 2 very thin layers of dough filled with "Stracchino", (a typical soft cheese from Recco, a small village next to Genoa).
