Unlike traditional tastings that present a single “perfect” match between a wine and a cheese, this unique experience invites you to compare different pairings using the same cheese. Each cheese is tasted with two different organic Alsace wines, allowing you to discover how aromas, textures and flavours evolve depending on the wine.
This interactive approach helps you develop your palate, showing that there is no single perfect wine and cheese pairing. Instead, you'll gain practical insights and the confidence to create your own favourite combinations.

Guided tasting of 7 organic Alsace wines, 6 wine and cheese pairings with 3 Alsace cheeses, practical tips on wine and cheese pairing, followed by a tour of the wine cellar and winemaking facilities.
By car: Take the D83, exit onto the D1V towards Gueberschwihr, then follow the signs through the village to 1 Brunnmattweg.
By bus from Colmar: Get off at the Chapelle bus stop, then walk to Domaine GUETH in about 8 minutes via Route de Rouffach.
