On the panoramic terrace, between the Crete Senesi and the Chianti hills, the tasting begins. The wines are selected based on the origin of the vineyards, the nature of the soils, and the winemaking choices: white, rosé, and red, each with its own distinct voice. Each glass is paired with traditional Tuscan dishes, designed to complement and enhance what you have in the glass. All of this takes place under the shade of an ancient white mulberry tree, in a space that invites you to slow down, observe, and savor without haste. The Classic Experience is a journey across two territories — Chianti and the Crete Senesi — expressing their identity through wine, food, and landscape.
