At the end of the tasting you will be able to answer to these questions : Which cheese with which wine ? Why wines of Burgundy are so famous ? What kind of wine can you find into Burgundy ? How wine is made ?
Conditions : local guide, wine specialist, small group (less than 6), possible to by the wines at the end of the tasting session. We stay into Dijon, there is no visit into the wineyards.

Discover more about the world of Burgandian cheese and wine with a local expert into the center of Dijon (10 min walking from the center and from the train station).
First, meet in a cellar in the center of the town. Come and taste four local cheeses and try different pairings with four local wines wich are coming from small local producers.
Learn why some cheeses pair well with wines and how taste wine. Join a local specialist and learn more about the traditions and history of wine in the region, and how wine is made.
