Meet your hosts at the family-owned winery in Sencelles and begin with a relaxed walk through the private vineyards. Discover the grape varieties grown on the estate and learn about the traditional and modern techniques used to produce its wines.
After the vineyard visit, settle in for a guided tasting of four premium estate wines. Your wine professional will introduce each wine and explain its characteristics, connection to the local terroir, and place within Mallorca’s winemaking tradition.
The tasting is accompanied by a generous Mallorcan platter featuring sobrasada, butifarra, two regional cheeses, olives, ramallet tomatoes, and freshly baked llonguet bread.
