Want to master the art of French breakfast? Our chef offers a gourmet and friendly workshop to learn how to make real pastries, as in bakery.
On the agenda:
- Puff pastry (the essential bases),
- Shaping croissants and chocolate breads,
- Ace tips for perfect lamination,
- Cooking and tasting on site.
For 2 hours, you put your hand to the dough, in a warm atmosphere, accessible to all, whether you are Newbie or passionate amateur.
