In this hands-on Turkish coffee workshop, you’ll discover the rich tradition behind one of Türkiye’s most iconic drinks. Learn how Turkish coffee is prepared both on hot sand and on a stove, explore the cultural meaning behind the ritual, and create your own coffee using one of three unique coffee options.
With guidance from your instructor, you’ll learn the correct brewing technique, how to control the foam, and how to serve Turkish coffee in the traditional way. After preparing your coffee, sit back and enjoy it with Turkish delights while learning which sweets pair best with each brew.
