• Warm welcome with traditional music from the community, led by the Varayoc (community leader).
• Introduction of participants while enjoying a complimentary muña tea.
• Demonstration of the Andean textile process: wool shearing, natural dyeing, warping, design, and weaving techniques.
• Hands-on experience: create your own handmade piece (bracelet, belt, or keychain) guided by a local artisan.
• Enjoy a traditional Andean snack including boiled potatoes, cheese, mote (boiled corn), toasted corn, mini corn tortillas, and a tasting of roasted guinea pig.
• Free time to purchase handmade textiles and souvenirs.
• Farewell with traditional music and the sound of the pututo.
