More than a simple tasting, it is an immersive journey designed to experience Sicilian wine in a modern and engaging way. Guests enjoy a guided tasting of 5 natural wines from Mount Etna and Sicily, together with 3 local olive oils, accompanied by traditional Sicilian cheeses and cured meats. During this experience, guests will take part in a guided tasting inside our ancient palmento, located near the beautiful Alcantara Gorges. Travelers will taste 5 natural wines from Mount Etna and Sicily and 3 local olive oils, accompanied by traditional Sicilian cheeses and cured meats.
During the tasting, a wine expert will guide guests through the wines, explaining their origin, the volcanic territory of Etna and the characteristics of natural wines. The experience also includes multimedia storytelling about the historic palmento and ancient winemaking techniques, making the tasting engaging and immersive.
