Join a hands-on cooking experience inside a real Yucatán kitchen in Mérida and step into the local way of eating.
You’ll join a small group and jump straight into the kitchen, preparing traditional dishes such as Sopa de Lima and Yucatecan Tamales. The rhythm is relaxed and practical, focused on how families in the Yucatán actually cook, not on rigid instructions.
As you cook, your host shares regional techniques, ingredient sourcing tips, and the cultural meaning behind each dish. Most ingredients can be found internationally, so the skills you gain travel home with you.
