Your 3-day Fes to Marrakech desert tour begins by picking up all travelers from a meeting point in the Medina of Fes.

Our first destination is Ifrane, often called the “Switzerland of Morocco” because of its clean streets and alpine-style houses. We will stop here for a short walk and photos.

After leaving Ifrane, we drive into the Middle Atlas Mountains and stop at the famous Cedar Forest, home to friendly wild Barbary monkeys. Great place for photos.

We stop in Midelt for lunch (not included). After lunch, we continue driving through the stunning Ziz Valley with panoramic views of palm-tree oases.

Arrive in Merzouga in the late afternoon, where your camel guide will be waiting. From here, you will begin a beautiful camel ride across the golden Erg Chebbi dunes — the highest dunes in Morocco. Along the way, enjoy stunning desert views and stop to watch an unforgettable sunset from the top of the dunes. Upon arriving at your luxury desert camp, you will be welcomed with Moroccan tea. You will have time to relax, take photos, and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the Sahara. In the evening, a traditional Moroccan dinner will be served, followed by Berber music and drumming around the campfire. You will spend the night in a private luxury tent equipped with comfortable beds, private bathroom, and hot water. Stargazing in the desert is a magical experience, with some of the clearest skies in Morocco.
