Very early in the morning, we will start the excursion going to the town of Chivay, and have a delicious breakfast upon arrival.

The tour continues to the Condor’s cross (3,800 m.a.s.l.). Here, we’ll have the great opportunity to see and admire the incredible Condor flying around.

Then, we will reach Cabanaconde, the starting point of the trekking. Arriving to the viewpoints of Pampas de San Miguel (3,300 m), we are going to descend to the depth of the canyon along 4.6 miles (3 hours), until we reach San Juan de Chuccho (2,400 m.a.s.l.). This town is surrounded by beautiful and abundant vegetation. Here, we will enjoy a lunch, and we are going to have the chance to learn about local fruit trees and medicinal plants. Later, we’re going to have dinner, and spend the night.
