Your driver will pick you up from your hotel in Qingdao ,you will be transferred to Qingdao Railway Station, relax on the 4.5 hours bullet train ride to Beijing Upon arrival, your tour guide will pick you up from the exit of the arrival hall by holding your name sign.

Enjoy lunch in the local restaurant on own, then your tour begins at one of the world’s largest public areas—Tiananmen Square, home to the National Museum of China, the mausoleum of Mao Zedong and the great Monument to the Peoples’ Heroes.

From there you will pass through the South gate to the magnificent Forbidden City - a 250-acre complex of courtyards, palaces, pavilions and gardens, which served as the imperial palace for emperors and their households for more than 500 years. The Forbidden City was declared a World Heritage Site in 1987.

Enjoy lunch in the local restaurant on own, then continue your tour to the beautiful Temple Of Heaven, where the Emperors in the Ming and Qing Dynasties worshipped the God of Heaven. Follow your tour guide to explore the temple, get to know its history and stories behind.

Next, you will stroll along the Hutong allay to discover the life style of the locals. And stroll around Houhai lake area if you want. Afterwards, you will be transferred back to your hotel in Beijing. (Please book your own hotel in advance )
