07:30 Departure destination Chablis. Our Guide will welcome You and give on the way general Information about Burgundy and Wine making. It takes about 3 hours (190 km).

10:30 - 11:45 Domaine Jean-Marc Brocard. Arrival in the Chablis area. Visit Jean-Marc Brocard Domaine surrounded by the vineyards with a Cave visit and wine tasting of 5 wines with cheese plate: Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru. The experienced staff will give You all explanations about the process of winemaking in Chablis and point out the differences between Chablis, Chablis 1-er Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.

You will learn in details the wine making process, the details about classification of Chablis wines, visit the Cellars and have a great experience of Chablis wines tasting made by the sommelier of this famous Chablis house: Petit Chablis, Chablis Village, Chablis 1-er Cru, Chablis Chablis 1-er Cru, Chablis Grand Cru.

14:45 - 15:30 Visit of the third Maison in Chablis with 5 Wine tasting and explanations about wines by the local sommelier, for example Domaine Long-Depaquit or Baptiste or Domaine Céline & Frédéric Gueguen. In each domain we offer Wine tasting of minimum 5 wines including 1-er Cru wines.

15:45 - 16:30 Visit of the famous cooperative La Chablisienne with 5 Wine tasting and explanations about wines by the local sommelier. You will taste Petit Chablis, Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, and Chablis Grand Cru.
16:30 Departure to Loire Valley. It takes around 3,5 hours (280 km). One stop at a rest area will be made.
