The tasting begins at the cellar. Follows the projection of an explanatory video on the production of Alsace wines (suitable for children). Then we will go to visit the cellar, its more than hundred-year-old wooden barrels and you will discover our family history through a scenographic space with immersive video at 180° projected on barrels: unique in France. Then we invite you to continue the tasting in our tea room space around a brunch: an assortment of sweet and savory delicacies: pastries, bread and Alsatian jam, Alsatian cheeses, cold cuts, fresh fruit salad, salty tartines, bowl (bibelaskaes, granola and fruits) + a hot drink of your choice and a fruit juice. I welcome you to the cellar, where we will begin the tasting of our wines. We will enjoy an explanatory video on the making of Alsace wines. I then take you to visit the family winery dating from 1850, and discover the century-old oak barrels, which we still use to wine our wines. We have a scenographic space within the cellar with 180° immersive video projected on barrels - unique in France. This film is not a remake of what can be found to this day when we tell the work of the vine...But a film about my rich personal history, and my philosophy of work. All projected into the cellar, on oak barrels 100 years old at 180°. We will finish the tasting in our dining bar area. Guests can enjoy a mixed board to share (cheese, fish and cold meats). Possibility to take a vegetarian version (notify us in advance).

Le Musée des vins d’Alsace est la porte d’entrée vers le vignoble et la route des vins d’Alsace. Votre voyage commencera à bord d’un train pour vous emmener à travers le vignoble. Vous découvrirez la culture de la vigne à travers les saisons, ainsi que la richesse des sols alsaciens qui donnent des vins de caractères : les 7 cépages alsaciens. Vous découvrirez ensuite les métiers autour du vin en Alsace, avec le vigneron et son travail dans le chai, le tonnelier, le verrier, le bouchonnier, l’illustrateur ou encore l’enseigniste. Un lieu où vous pourrez initier vos sens au travers une expérience olfactive. Un lieu pour vous amuser en famille au travers d’un parcours ludique. L’œnologue vous expliquera comment bien déguster et découvrir tous les arômes du vin, au travers d’une dégustation de 3 cépages pour les adultes et 3 jus de raisin pour que les plus petits. Nos chefs vous expliqueront également tous les accords mets / vins autour de la gastronomie alsacienne.
